Hunting license and Permits - Over the counter or online at http://www.kdfwr.state.ky.us/ . $115 non-resident license/$50 deer permit

HUNTERS SAFETY CARD (if born on or after January 1, 1975)

Shotgun

Ammunition- 2-4 shot recommended for ducks. BB shot for Geese.

Thermacell - If hunting month of September

Hunting Boots (Rubber preferred) comfortable for walking/sitting and waterproof.

Waders

Flashlight

Hunting Clothing - Sept hunters temps from 70-95 degrees; November hunters 0 to 75 degrees; December 0 to 70 degrees; January sub 0 to 60 degrees. Everyone needs to be prepared for wind and rain conditions.

Your preferred calls

Coolers -if you want to take meat home or for taxidermy

CAMERA AND FILM

MONEY - for remaining balance of your hunt. No hunting will take place until hunt balance is paid in full.
